Cherry Honeycake

I mixed whole pitted cherries into a Cream

Based on Honeycake

I recommend serving it with a cup of coffee

Decor (top and sides): whipped cream & Italian cocktail cherries, edible gold; crushed crumbs.

Cream: cream with whole pitted cherries.

Sizes:

Small: 17cm / 6.5” round & 13cm / 5” tall / 7 layers

Large: 28cm / 11” round & 13cm / 5” tall / 7 layers

Box: brown cardboard cake box

Some guests get a few pieces quite often

Please keep it in a fridge & it is good to have it over next 4 days (freezing is also ok)

Ingredients:wheat, flour, sugar, eggs, butter, honey (3%), baking soda, sweetened milk, Maraschino Cherries, pitted cherries (300g).
